Evo has opened a collection of premiere residences to five of LA’s leading designers, giving them free reign over these inspired living spaces.

Each of these renowned designers has adorned one of the residences. Taking cues from Evo’s modern architecture, sleek finishes and endless horizon views, they bring their own personal expression of décor, furnishings, art, texture, color and ideas.

Designer : Daniel Vandenbark
Dezine LA, Inc.

Influenced heavily by his world travels through Southeast Asia, Eastern and Western Europe and Africa and his long-time interest in conservation, Daniel’s work has been described as bohemian-eclectic and modern-timeless. He was also one of the first to venture into green interior design.

To Daniel, a design environment is the telling of a story that celebrates places, people and memories. His work creates complete environments that reflect the owners’ persona, while capturing the essence of the architecture and blending it with the living space to create a more cohesive sense of home.

Spanning the full spectrum of design, from the hyper-traditional to the ultra-modern, Mark Cutler’s approach masterfully blends the fundamentals of building and design.

Attracting a notable list of celebrity clients including Steve Carell, Vanna White, Tom Skerritt, Keenen Ivory Wayans, and Jennifer Lopez, Mark’s work has also been featured in design publications around the world, including Architectural Digest, Metropolitan Home, House Beautiful, California Homes, Home Magazine, Robb Report and Kitchen & Bath Ideas.

Room & Board has been a leading designer and manufacturer of contemporary, mid-century and modern furniture for more than 30 years. At Evo, their award-winning design team reached into several collections, crossing decades, styles, trends and classics to compose an interior that pays homage to ideals of design while creating an approachable comfort and warmth of space.

David Desmond, Inc.

David Desmond is an internationally recognized interior designer with a look that is distinguished by restrained luxury, meticulous attention to detail and impeccable craftsmanship. His projects showcase a variety of spaces, styles and commissions throughout the United States, Shanghai and Moscow.

David’s work has been featured in House Beautiful, Elle Décor, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times and Angeleno.
